Express Network Private Limited, the
company that hosts Indiavarta.com, (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has accepted
the order under the following terms & conditions:
1. Orders will be delivered only to the specified destinations listed on the product
pages.
2. All goods are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and can be ordered by making payment
through a credit card or through an e-banking account. Click to know the Payment Options.
3. A buyer can make a purchase by clicking on the link Add to the Cart which is available
next to each product.
4. Our delivery man will make three attempts to deliver the goods. In case the delivery is
not executed due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked, the customer
shall still be charged for the order. Indiavarta.com shall not accept the goods that it
has sourced from its partners because they are perishable in nature.
5. It is quite possible that there may be times when for reasons beyond our control we are
not be able to make the delivery on time. In such cases, we will keep the buyers posted of
the new delivery schedule.
6. A mail will be sent to the buyer as soon as an order has been delivered.
7. We don't accept cancellation requests for orders once placed. This is because we inform
the vendors as soon as we receive the order, and they start work on the order to ensure
that the delivery is made on time.
8. The company will not be held responsible if the delivery against an order is not done
due to natural calamities, act of god, force majeure clause, recipient not available or
any other cause reasonably beyond the control of the company. Also, no refund will be
entertained under such circumstances.
9. The company does not guarantee any delivery personally to the recipient, if the
recipient is a celebrity or VIP or he/ she is not available at the time of delivery.
10. The company will not be held responsible and will not entertain any claim if the
recipient refuses to accept.
11. The sender is fully responsible for all the orders given and messages sent.
12. The company will not entertain any claim pertaining to notional loss, emotional loss,
loss of interest, profitability and goodwill under any circumstances.
13. No complaint will be accepted beyond a period of 10 days from the date of delivery of
an order, nor any communication shall be entertained by the company beyond the above
period. Further, all the records of delivery and other connected documents will be
destroyed by the company after one month from the date of delivery.
14. While the company will endeavour to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious
delivery of the order, the company shall not under any circumstances be liable for delay
in delivery of the said order, regardless of the cause of such delay. Further, the company
shall not be responsible for any consequences arising out of delay in delivery of the said
order, and no claims whatsoever in that regard will be entertained by the company at any
point of time.
15. All disputes arising out of a transaction made on our site will be settled within the
Jurisdiction of Madras High Court, Chennai. |
