Request a product

You can now order any product from Indiavarta.com/Shopping, irrespective of whether it is being sold on the site or not. All that you need to do is to inform us of the product. Our Customer Service team will obtain all relevant information about the product like its price, specifications etc and send a mail within 48 hours of receiving your query. It will also answer any subsequent queries that you may have about the product.

The Customer Service team will also arrange for its purchase, packing and shipment once it gets your approval - and payment. The payment advice will also cover shipping charges.

Since we will be buying the product directly from the market - and not from the manufacturers who give us a rebate on our listed products - we will charge a small service fee. This will be equivalent of 10 per cent of the market price of the product.
