How do I change my address?
To update any information on IndiaVarta.com, such as your billing & shipping address please login & use your account panel to alter the same. Website will use only the billing & shipping address at the point of time order is placed.

Can my "Ship to" address be different than my "Bill to" address?
Yes. During the order process, we will ask your confirmation for using the billing address as shipping address, otherwise, you have to enter the shipping address where you would like it to be shipped.
How do I check product availability?
AVAILABILITY of a product can be found using search bar When you search for an item, the Search Results page displays individual product availability. To narrow down to the product, use the Category list box on the search bar to search product
When will my order arrive?
The order will be delivered within 7 - 15 working days after placing the order and some products like flowers and cakes are delivered within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order.
What are the shipping options?
All items are shipped only after realization of the payment, Orders paid by credit cards, Debit cards and Demand Drafts are immediately processed for shipping, payments made by cheques will be processed only after cheque process with our bank & on successful payment realization.
Does the shipping differ between products?
Yes, Some diskettes, blank CD-R and CD-RW & books are eligible for special shipping rates. If you need further information on shipping rates, see our shipping rates page or contact customer service for assistance.
